3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received or cash on delivery is agreed upon.
• We accept online payment and cash on delivery (COD) with the exact amount. COD is available for selected areas only.
• Payments must be made to the official Eythi Meethi account.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Free standard delivery (1–3 days) is available within Malé and Hulhumalé for most products.
• Same-day premium delivery is available for MVR 100.
• Delivery is limited to ground floor due to accessibility constraints unless otherwise agreed.
• We only deliver to the address and phone number provided during checkout, unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in advance.

• Returns and full refunds are eligible for items reported damaged within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 72 hours to our delivery driver.
• Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
• If a wrong or defective item was delivered due to our error, please notify us within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement.
