Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy


At Eythi Meethi, we care about customer satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below is our full policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges

  • In cases where incorrect or defective items are received due to an error on our end, you may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To return your defective items our delivery driver will coordinate for a pick up. 
  • All returning items must be in their original condition—new, unused, and undamaged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You can choose between a refund to your bank account or store credit.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, toothbrushes)
  • Food and beverage items
  • Final sale or clearance products

Wrong or Damaged Item?

If you’ve received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We’ll make things right with a replacement or refund as needed.
